I. Project Background: In response to the COVID-19 pandemic, the Zhangjiakou Municipal Government, in accordance with the national requirement to ‘integrate routine and epidemic response’ and the unified deployment of Hebei Province, has launched the construction of large-scale modular isolation facilities and health stations across the city. The objective is to ensure that ‘all necessary facilities are built, all necessary reserves are stockpiled, and all those requiring isolation are isolated’. The plan involves the construction of 1,350 standard modular units to form a large-scale comprehensive emergency medical isolation complex.
II. Purpose

2. Modular hospital (treatment of mild cases)
3. Dual-purpose use (routine reserve capacity)
4. Emergency support for high-altitude cold regions
